We integrate FANUC 7-Axis robotic programming, Roboguide virtual offline programming, and Dynacal calibration tools for robotic program transfer booth to booth, while our in-house tooling design and fabrication processes are accomplished via 3D CAD design with SOLIDWORKS® and 3D printing for rapid tool prototyping.
CTS Engineering is driven by lean improvement initiatives, engineering-led action workouts, and is optimized to remove wasted costs from our process. Our engineering team works closely with each facility’s operations team to drive effective program management and resource planning with MS Project®.
